Tracy Nalory Fultz , LCSW

Hi! My name is Tracy, I am so glad you stopped by to find out more about me and the services I provide. I opened Heart Felt Needs because I have a passion to see people healed, transformed and prospering in their life and soul. I am a licensed clinical social worker, certified grief specialist, wife,daughter, bonus mom, nana, sister, auntie, friend and most of all a woman of faith and child of God. I have worked in child welfare for 22 years and I have been in the mental health field since 2011. It is with great joy that I advocate for wholeness. In life I have been on several journeys and I know the value of having others to be with you along the way. This is why I do what I do. I believe that no matter the journey you have the power to do what is needed to live a prosperous life as long as you are alive.  I also believe that laughter, good food and music make the journey a lot better. 

I have always enjoyed being able to come alongside people who are working to overcome heartaches, setbacks and hardships. Heart Felt Needs Counseling and Caring Center Inc, gives me the opportunity to be an advocate, teacher, counselor and support. It provides me the space to help women learn about their emotions in order to allow them, express them and learn to manage them in order to be their best self. I know this journey because it’s one I’ve been on myself. 

Doing this is not just a job for me, it’s my life’s passion and purpose. I live by the mandate of Isaiah 61:1-3:  The Sovereign LORD has filled me with his Spirit. He has chosen me and sent me to bring good news to the poor, to heal the broken-hearted, to announce release to captives and freedom to those in prison. He has sent me to proclaim that the time has come when the LORD will save his people and defeat their enemies. He has sent me to comfort all who mourn, to give to those who mourn in Zion joy and gladness instead of grief, a song of praise instead of sorrow.
